These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website travelingtavernmn.com (the “Site”), operated by Traveling Tavern MN LLC (“Traveling Tavern,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a mobile bartending service based in Northfield, Minnesota serving the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding communities. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who May Use the Site

The Site is intended for general audiences seeking information about our mobile bartending services. Because our services involve the service of alcoholic beverages, our bartending services themselves are intended for use at events where all guests being served alcohol are 21 years of age or older, and the event host is responsible for complying with all applicable state and local alcohol laws. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit a booking inquiry through the Site on your own behalf.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact or inquiry forms
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through malware, scraping, or automated data collection not authorized by us
Copy, reproduce, or republish content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users.

3. Inquiries and Bookings Are Not Confirmed Until Contracted

Submitting the contact form, checking availability, or otherwise messaging us through the Site is an inquiry only — it does not reserve a date or constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when both parties have signed a written Service Agreement and, where applicable, the required deposit has been received. Pricing, package details, and availability shown on the Site are informational and subject to change without notice until confirmed in a signed Service Agreement.

Consistent with our service model, Traveling Tavern does not sell, supply, or provide alcohol. The event host is solely responsible for purchasing and legally providing all alcoholic beverages served at the event, and for complying with applicable Minnesota and local laws (including host liquor liability and any permit requirements). Our bartenders provide labor, mixers and garnishes, bar rental, and related service items as described in the applicable Service Agreement. Full terms governing a specific event — including payment, cancellation, alcohol service, and liability — are set out in that signed Service Agreement, which controls over anything stated on the Site in the event of a conflict.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content on the Site (“Content”) are owned by Traveling Tavern MN LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, except where otherwise noted. You may view and share Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use Content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, such as our social media profiles, or rely on third-party platforms such as Wix (website hosting) and Google (analytics). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site or service is subject to that party's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that pricing, availability, or other information on the Site is complete, current, or accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and update Site content at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVELING TAVERN MN LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS SECTION DOES NOT ADDRESS LIABILITY ARISING FROM A BOOKED EVENT, WHICH IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THAT EVENT.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traveling Tavern MN LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

10. Changes to These Terms
