Traveling Tavern MN LLC (“Traveling Tavern,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile bartending services to the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding communities in Minnesota. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, travelingtavernmn.com (the “Site”), how we use and share that information, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Information you provide to us directly. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, request availability, or otherwise reach out, we collect:

Event date
Any additional details you include in your message

If you contact us by email or phone instead, we collect whatever information you choose to share, such as your name, contact information, event date, guest count, and event details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site is hosted on the Wix platform, which automatically collects certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and approximate location. This information may be collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Wix's built-in site analytics and, if enabled, Google Analytics. We do not currently collect payment or credit card information through the Site. Consistent with our service model, the event host is responsible for purchasing alcohol directly; we do not process alcohol purchases. If we begin accepting online deposits or payments in the future, this Policy will be updated to describe how that information is collected and secured.

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to inquiries and provide quotes for bartending services
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate booked events
Communicate with you about your event, including logistics and follow-up

We will not use your contact information to send marketing communications unless you have engaged us for services or otherwise given us your information for that purpose. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us not to contact you for marketing purposes, by emailing us at the address in Section 9. We will respond to reasonable requests as promptly as we can. Depending on where you live, you may also have specific privacy rights under applicable state law; we will honor valid requests to the extent required.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.
