Traveling Tavern MN LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 11, 2026

Traveling Tavern MN LLC (“Traveling Tavern,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile bartending services to the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding communities in Minnesota. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, travelingtavernmn.com (the “Site”), how we use and share that information, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide to us directly. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, request availability, or otherwise reach out, we collect:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Event date

  • Any additional details you include in your message

If you contact us by email or phone instead, we collect whatever information you choose to share, such as your name, contact information, event date, guest count, and event details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site is hosted on the Wix platform, which automatically collects certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and approximate location. This information may be collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Wix's built-in site analytics and, if enabled, Google Analytics. See Section 3 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies) below for more detail.

We do not currently collect payment or credit card information through the Site. Consistent with our service model, the event host is responsible for purchasing alcohol directly; we do not process alcohol purchases. If we begin accepting online deposits or payments in the future, this Policy will be updated to describe how that information is collected and secured.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide quotes for bartending services

  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate booked events

  • Communicate with you about your event, including logistics and follow-up

  • Improve our Site, services, and marketing based on how visitors use the Site

  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and property of Traveling Tavern and others

We will not use your contact information to send marketing communications unless you have engaged us for services or otherwise given us your information for that purpose. You may opt out of any such communications at any time by replying to the message or contacting us using the information in Section 9.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies — provided both by Wix, our website hosting platform, and by third-party services such as Google Analytics — to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed most often). These technologies may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and browsing activity on the Site.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; most browsers let you refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or receive a notice before a cookie is set. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. Because the Site is built on Wix, some cookies are set and managed by Wix.com as part of its platform; more information is available in Wix's own privacy and cookie policy at wix.com/about/privacy.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, such as Wix (website hosting and forms) and Google (analytics), who process information on our behalf

  • Professional advisors, such as our attorney or accountant, where necessary

  • Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Traveling Tavern, our clients, or others

  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, fulfill a booked event, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiry and booking records are generally retained for our business recordkeeping purposes and may be deleted upon request as described in Section 6.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us not to contact you for marketing purposes, by emailing us at the address in Section 9. We will respond to reasonable requests as promptly as we can. Depending on where you live, you may also have specific privacy rights under applicable state law; we will honor valid requests to the extent required.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures, and rely on the security features built into the Wix platform, to help protect the personal information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The “Effective Date” at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
